Jasmine Hardy is the video editor at American Progress. Prior to joining American Progress, she worked as a junior editor for BET Digital in Washington, D.C. While at BET, she edited daily news briefs and covered former President Barack Obama’s final Presidential Medal of Freedom ceremony at the White House. Hardy earned her bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism at the University of Maryland, College Park.
