American Progress’ office is currently open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Most employees work a hybrid schedule that includes at least two days per week in the office. We will continue to monitor COVID-19 and levels of community spread and adjust plans as needed.

Fall 2024 Facilities Internship

American Progress is seeking a fall 2024 facilities intern who is highly motivated, organized, and detail oriented. The selected candidate will support the Office Services team on a variety of projects, including supporting the effective monitoring and maintenance of American Progress’ physical space, equipment, fixtures, and appliances. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through a variety of facilities-related and front desk tasks that will include but not be limited to: greeting and directing visitors and guests; answering and redirecting phone calls; setting up conference rooms; supporting internal moves; relocating furniture and performing light furniture repairs; stocking and maintaining supply inventory; and processing and distributing mail.
