Megan Ferren is a research assistant for the K-12 Education team at American Progress. Prior to joining American Progress, Ferren worked at Mothership Strategies as their executive assistant. She also previously interned in the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs and first lady Michelle Obama’s Scheduling and Advance Office.
Ferren received her bachelor’s degree from Tufts University in political science and history.
