Erin Auel is a campaign manager for Energy and Environment Policy at American Progress. She previously worked as an intern at the White House Council on Environmental Quality. Erin also interned at American Progress, working on domestic energy and environmental policy matters. As a student at Georgetown University, she served as secretary of sustainability and worked to reduce the campus’ footprint and establish the university’s office of sustainability.

Erin graduated with a B.A. in government from Georgetown, with minors in environmental studies and French. She also studied abroad at Sciences Po Lyon in Lyon, France.
