Patrick Oakford

Research Assistant

Patrick Oakford is a Research Assistant in the Economic Policy department. His research focuses on issues relating to U.S. immigration policy and the labor force. Patrick holds an M.Sc. in migration studies from the University of Oxford and a B.S. in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University. Prior to joining American Progress, Patrick spent time researching state-level immigration laws and the intersection of immigration and employment law as a research fellow at Cornell.
