Victoria Yuen is a policy analyst for Postsecondary Education at American Progress. Prior to joining American Progress, Yuen interned at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities for the State Fiscal Project, where she worked on state fiscal policy issues to benefit low-income households. While in graduate school, Yuen was a research assistant for the Richard M. Fairbanks Foundation, where she studied the impact of Teach For America teachers in the Indianapolis public school system.

Yuen received her Bachelor of Science in nonprofit management and her Master of Public Affairs in policy analysis, public finance, and information systems from Indiana University.
