AVAILABLE FOR COMMENT: CAP Legal and LGBT Policy Experts Available to Discuss Landmark SCOTUS Marriage Equality Oral Arguments
Washington, D.C. — The United States Supreme Court is set to hear oral arguments tomorrow in Obergefell v. Hodges, a landmark marriage equality case. The following Center for American Progress legal and lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender, or LGBT, policy experts will be available for comment and radio or television bookings before and after the oral arguments:
