Milia B. Fisher
Milia Fisher is a Research Assistant with the Washington Center for Equitable Growth. Milia graduated from Pomona College, where she studied international relations with a regional emphasis on the Middle East and the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. As an undergraduate student, she lived and worked in the Middle East—first in Jordan, where she worked as an intern at The Jordan Times, and then in East Jerusalem, where she worked as a research assistant at the Harry S. Truman Institute for the Advancement of Peace. Milia worked as a research assistant at the Pomona College Department of Political Science prior to joining American Progress.
