Washington, D.C. — On Monday, December 1, 2014, the Center for American Progress hosted a press call in anticipation of the House Judiciary Committee’s “President Obama All-In Against the Constitution” hearing to discuss President Obama’s legal authority in relation to his executive actions on immigration. CAP Vice President for Immigration Policy Marshall Fitz was joined by Stephen Legomsky, John S.
