Through digital advocacy, grassroots organizing, and policy analysis, Generation Progress works with and for 18- to 35-year-olds to drive progressive change and to engage them in the democratic system through the progressive issue areas they care about. The Vice President will create a team work plan and clear annual objectives with measurable outcomes. They will coordinate policy analysis and substantial research and writing for the team, while also working regularly on relevant ideas and issues with other American Progress teams. The Senior Director or Vice President will also manage the team’s relationships with outside stakeholders, including ally organizations, policymakers, and the media.
