The Assistant Editor serves primarily as a copyeditor for American Progress, helping assure the quality of publications ranging from research reports to daily columns. Working in a fast-paced, journalistic environment, the Assistant Editor also helps with daily production of the website.

American Progress is seeking an Associate Director or Director for Racial Equity and Justice. The Associate Director/Director will help lead American Progress’ efforts to develop, communicate, and implement policy ideas that provide a new way forward for a range of equity challenges in an increasingly diverse America, with a particular focus on race and equity. They will help coordinate policy analysis and substantial research and writing for the team while also working regularly on relevant ideas and issues with other American Progress teams. Policy Analyst/Senior Policy Analyst, Foreign Interference

The Policy Analyst/Senior Policy Analyst for Foreign Interference on the National Security and International Policy team is responsible for researching and writing on issues including, but not limited to, foreign interference in democratic states, transatlantic cooperation to build democratic resilience and counter threats to democracy, and Russian foreign policy and its foreign interference efforts.
