ADVISORY: CAP IDEAS Conference Set for October 25 at The Howard Theater

Washington, D.C. — The 2023 IDEAS Conference will bring together elected leaders, advocates, and rising stars in the progressive movement to set a course for inclusive American progress in 2024, 2025, and beyond.

The 2023 conference comes as the Center for American Progress marks its 20th anniversary. This will serve as a moment for CAP and the progressive community to reflect on the accomplishments of the past two decades, while also charting a path forward for challenges facing American society today, including the economy, infrastructure, AI, climate change, and growing existential threats to American democracy itself.

CAP will also award the inaugural John D. Podesta Award for Leadership to an up-and-coming leader in the progressive movement.
