ADVISORY: Artistic Director Cassie Meador Joins CAP to Discuss Dance, Culture and Energy Policy

Washington, D.C. — On Wednesday, June 20, Dance Exchange Artistic Director Cassie Meador will share the story of her recent 500-mile journey and join Daniel J. Weiss, Senior Fellow and Director of Climate Strategy at the Center for American Progress, to discuss the development of energy resources and technology in the United States.

Please join CAP and Dance Exchange for a lunchtime discussion to explore how this journey will inform Meador’s creative process as she builds her upcoming dance work, "How to Lose a Mountain," and how energy resources and technologies in the United States are developed, maintained, and modified. This event is part of CAP’s American Idea Project.
