Kat So is a research assistant for Energy and Environment at American Progress. Prior to joining American Progress, she interned at Mass Audubon, helping advocate for conservation policy in the Massachusetts State House. Additionally, she interned at the Environmental Protection Agency in the Office of Public Affairs and at the Nature Conservancy in Coastal Programs, focusing on coastal resilience and oyster restoration projects.
So received her bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University in environmental and marine studies.
