Olivia Mowry is a video producer on the Production team at American Progress. As a jill-of-all-trades creative, Mowry has used her video production and visual storytelling skills for a variety of digital outlets, including BuzzFeed and Jukin Media. Prior to joining American Progress, she led the creation and distribution of digital and social media content at the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, she earned her master’s degree in digital social media from the University of Southern California and her bachelor’s degree in media communication film studies from Point Loma Nazarene University.
