Rebecca Brubaker is the associate director of partnerships for the Digital Advocacy team at American Progress. Prior to joining American Progress, Brubaker was a senior associate at Precision Strategies, where she developed digital campaigns for a range of political, advocacy, and corporate clients.

She also served in the Biden-Harris administration in the White House’s Office of Presidential Correspondence where she managed constituency outreach, public engagement, and launched the @DearPOTUS46 Twitter account and first-ever presidential gifts donation program. She is an alumna of Vice President Kamala Harris, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), and President Joe Biden’s presidential campaigns.

Before working in politics, Brubaker completed two years of AmeriCorps national service with Jumpstart in Boston and City Year in Los Angeles. In 2018, she produced a documentary entitled “To All The Little Girls,” about Secretary Hillary Clinton’s historic run for office and the impact it had on multiple generations of women and girls.

Born in Philadelphia and raised in South Jersey, Brubaker graduated cum laude from Emerson College with a Bachelor of Science in marketing communications. When she isn’t in Washington, D.C., you will likely find her at the Jersey Shore.
