After years of dabbling in health policy as a hobby, he received a Master of Science in health and the public interest from Georgetown University in 2023. Keyser is the founder of Casellula Cheese and Wine Café, former board chair of the American Cheese Education Foundation, and co-author of Composing the Cheese Plate.
