Beatrice Aronson is an assistant editor on the Production team at American Progress. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with bachelor’s degrees in geography and political economy. During her time at UC Berkeley, she served as an editor and writer for several departments on the university newspaper. Aronson also worked as a campus tour guide and as a research assistant for a comparative study on agriculture in California and Spain. As a California native, she loves hiking in the state’s parks and is excited to spend her free time exploring the East Coast’s trails.
