Japan is in the midst of a widening debate over its foreign and security policies as the Asian security environment shifts. On Tuesday, March 22, please join the Center for American Progress for a public address by Kenta Izumi, the leader of the Constitutional Democratic Party (CDP), Japan’s leading opposition party, on his vision for Japan’s place in a rapidly changing world.
