Let’s Chat About 2 SCOTUS Cases That Affect Women

The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to hear two cases with serious implications for women’s safety, security, and well-being, and the future of women’s rights in the United States.

United States v. Rahimi and Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine v. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) are two cases to watch closely for the upcoming U.S. Supreme Court term. In these cases, the court is set to hear a case on gun violence prevention and is considering taking up a case on abortion access that will have nationwide, major implications for women’s safety, security, and well-being.
