Before the U.S. on Friday released an unclassified report on Syria’s chemical weapons use, Secretary of State Kerry listed a roll call of countries and organizations that have condemned President Bashar Assad’s regime.
What’s noteworthy about this roll call is just how short it is, especially in comparison to the countries that were involved in the coalitions assembled in previous U.S. military interventions in Iraq, Afghanistan and Kosovo.
