Policymakers must break free of the false dichotomy that America is either a nation of immigrants or a nation of laws and advance a fair and humane immigration system that actually works. This tracker will be updated with real-life examples of where the rule of law is being undermined in our current immigration system as well as policies and proposals that would move the United States toward a system that meets the realistic wants and needs of the country.
