Washington, D.C. — The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals will hear a constitutional challenge tomorrow to the provision in the Affordable Care Act requiring Americans to carry health insurance. The three-judge panel will hear oral arguments challenging the ruling from Michigan District Judge George Steeh that upheld the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act.
