AVAILABLE FOR COMMENT: Lawrence Korb on Implementation of DADT Repeal, House Armed Services Subcommittee Hearing

Lawrence Korb, Senior Fellow at the Center for American Progress, is available to comment on the implementation of the repeal of DADT and the House Armed Services Subcommittee hearing on that topic today. The subcommittee hearing featured the Undersecretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness Clifford Stanley, also co-chair of the DADT Repeal Implementation Team, and Vice Adm. William Gortney, director of the Joint Staff. They have provided an update on the progress of training efforts and policy revisions supporting the repeal implementation.
