WASHINGTON, D.C. — Vice President Joe Biden will be traveling to Finland, Russia and Moldova this week. In Russia, he will meet with President Dmitry Medvedev on Wednesday, and with Prime Minister Vladimir Putin the day after. On Friday March 11, Vice President Biden departs for Moldova’s capital Chisinau, where he will meet Moldovan Prime Minister Vladimir Filat and Acting President Marian Lupu.
