As Egypt heads into the second round of its presidential elections later in June, the country remains in the midst of a number of political, security, and economic transitions. How should the United States adapt its policies in light of the major changes Egypt is experiencing?
Please join the Center for American Progress for a program on Tuesday, June 5, from noon to 2 p.m. to discuss the full range of security, political, diplomatic, and economic challenges linked to Egypt’s transitions. The first part of the program will include an in-depth discussion with Ambassador Frank Wisner, former U.S. ambassador to Egypt.
