A Progressive Prescription for U.S.-China Trade

U.S.-China relations will shape the 21st century, and no issue will be more consequential than trade.

Please join the Center for American Progress on Monday, July 15, from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET for the first of our China Policy Virtual Roundtable Series.

U.S.-China relations will shape the 21st century, and no issue will be more consequential than trade. CAP Senior Fellow Dave Rank will moderate a conversation with National Council of Textile Organizations President and CEO Kim Glas and CAP Senior Fellow Ryan Mulholland on the challenges the United States faces and the policies needed to ensure that U.S.-China trade helps not only American companies and investors but also advances the welfare of ordinary American workers.

Further upcoming roundtables in this series will focus on technology competition and Taiwan policy, other focus areas from CAP’s China report. For more information, see CAP’s report on a progressive, principled, pragmatic China policy.
