The clean energy transformation will combat climate change and also benefit our economy, our health, and our national security. This is true both at a national level and a regional level.
These resources document the vast jobs creation, investment and innovation, and energy independence benefits that the clean energy economy can bring to every state. They also investigate the costs of inaction if we do not seize the energy opportunity. These costs are particularly striking when we consider the economic damage from flooding, heat waves, storms, and the increased frequency and severity of other extreme weather events.
