In these comments, the Center for American Progress expresses support for some proposed revisions to Title II data collection.

In these comments, the Center for American Progress expresses support for some proposed revisions to Title II data collection, including additional requirements for institutions to report race/ethnicity data for program enrollees and completers as well as clearer definitions of “enrolled students.” Additionally, CAP recommends some other revisions to improve the data set, such as collecting a cohort graduation rate and including a question about program type to indicate whether the teacher preparation program is for-profit.
