American Progress Events Attendance Terms and Conditions

The Center for American Progress and the Center for American Progress Action Fund (collectively, “American Progress”) each host a diverse range of events with progressive leaders and policy experts that highlight bold, innovative ideas to address our nation’s most pressing problems.

At this time, all public American Progress events hosted on our premises are available via an online livestream, and select events may have in-person audiences. Please refer to the specific event page for location information.

Please RSVP to join events online to receive a reminder to watch the livestream. Viewers are welcome to submit questions for each event and can tweet about our events using #CAPEvents or #CAPAFEvents. All livestreams will be live captioned.

We welcome guests to our public, in-person events and encourage respectful exchanges and discussion. By registering for or attending an American Progress event, you indicate that you agree to our Terms and Conditions of Attendance

Terms and Conditions of Attendance

REGISTRATION

American Progress requires advance registration for all in-person events and recommends advance registration for virtual events. Admittance to in-person events is subject to occupancy limits and available seating. Most in-person events are livestreamed on the CAP or CAP Action website and available to watch online afterward. Please check the registration confirmation you receive by email for any event-specific instructions.

For in-person events, all American Progress guests and visitors are required to show a photo ID before entering the event space. Failure to provide a valid ID may result in denial of entry.

ACCESSIBILITY

American Progress aims to create events that are accessible for guests of all abilities. All public events are captioned in-person and virtually. If you need additional assistance or accommodations, please contact [email protected].

All post-event recordings are captioned and available on our Events pages, which can be found online on the CAP and CAP Action websites, and on our CAP YouTube channel.
