AVAILABLE FOR COMMENT: CAP’s Conathan on National Ocean Policy Draft Implementation Plan

Washington, D.C. — Today, the White House is expected to release a draft implementation plan for its National Ocean Policy, and CAP’s Michael Conathan, Director of Ocean Policy, will be available for comment.
