Dawn Le is a research assistant for the National Security and International Policy department at American Progress. Prior to working at American Progress, she was the 2024–25 Hillary Rodham Clinton Research Fellow at the Georgetown Institute for Women, Peace, and Security, where she supported analysis for the Conflict Tracker. She was also a Fulbright scholar, held roles at the White House and U.S. State Department, and was community leader for immigrants and refugees. Dawn holds an M.S. in foreign service from Georgetown University, with graduate certificates in diplomatic studies and gender, peace, and security.
