Panel Discussion

In this session, the audience will hear from a panel of US-based and Mexican-based violence prevention advocates as they discuss the different ways that gun violence shows up in Black, Latinx, and Indigenous communities and explore the commonalities and differences facing violence prevention work in the US and Mexico. This panel will highlight the work of leaders in these communities and aim to provide a community led binational perspective on the gun violence prevention movement. This panel will close with a town hall style Q&A session.
