Washington, D.C. — Lawrence H. Summers, the Charles W. Eliot professor at Harvard University, joined CAP President and CEO Patrick Gaspard in a discussion about how threats to IRS funding endanger America’s fiscal future. Summers said, “Effectively administering taxes is at the very center of our government.”
