Washington, D.C. — While overall growth in health care costs has slowed dramatically in recent years, Americans with employer-sponsored insurance have not seen the effects of the spending slowdown. The Center for American Progress will release a groundbreaking new report tomorrow that analyzes the reasons behind this phenomenon and offers policy recommendations to make health care more affordable for the American consumer.
