Washington, D.C. — Economic policy experts from the Center for American Progress are available for comment this week on the last Federal Open Market Committee, or FOMC, meeting of the year, which will conclude tomorrow in Washington. The FOMC is expected to announce at 2:30 p.m. ET tomorrow whether it will raise interest rates. If it votes to do so, as many experts are predicting, it will be the first rate increase since 2006.
