Naomi Garcia-Hector is a campaigns associate at American Progress. Before joining the organization, she worked on progressive criminal justice and housing advocacy campaigns across several states with Dream.org. She has also interned with the Carter Center’s U.S. elections team and the American Civil Liberties Union of Georgia. Garcia-Hector holds a degree in public policy from Georgia State University. Outside of work, she can be found growing her plant collection or training in Muay Thai.
