The novel coronavirus presents countless challenges for administering the November 2020 general election, and there are numerous steps that mayors can take to help local election officials prepare. That being said, with less than one month before Election Day, this memo highlights three key initiatives that will be most effective in helping mayors ensure the election is conducted safely and efficiently.
