On January 8, 2024, the Center for American Progress submitted a comment letter to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in response to the proposed Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters for 2025. The comments express strong support for CMS proposals that would enhance affordability and improve marketplace operations through critical updates to enrollment and essential health benefit standards, namely the inclusion of adult dental services.
