This call will provide a preview of the extensive new report on a new model of major power relations, a culmination of more than a year of research, including a track II dialogue last September in Beijing, China. CAP is the first American think tank to thoroughly articulate an American perspective on the new model since Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and then Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping first promoted the concept in 2012.
