Andrew Ansel

Andrew Ansel is senior director of institutional giving at American Progress. He brings more than 15 years of fundraising experience with nonprofit and public policy organizations focused on democracy, civil rights, and social impact. Before joining American Progress, Ansel held senior development roles at Alliance for Justice and The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights. Earlier in his career, he managed philanthropic partnerships at The Pew Charitable Trusts. Most recently, he served as an independent consultant, advising nonprofit organizations on institutional giving, donor strategy, and strengthening fundraising programs.
