Since President Donald Trump began his second term, his administration’s foreign policy has driven global chaos and corruption, while undermining American allies, raising costs for American taxpayers, and strengthening America’s adversaries.
From the military intervention in Venezuela to Trump’s threats to seize Greenland from a NATO ally, CAP’s Trump Global Weakness Watch documents at least 80 actions that have undermined American power. It exposes how the administration’s actions have weakened American security, the economy, and global influence —and the consequences that follow.
The tracker shows how:
- The politicization of the military is weakening America’s military and security.
- The administration’s manipulation of economic institutions and its trade wars worsen an economy that already disproportionately benefits the ultrawealthy.
