Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser (D) and Richmond, Virginia, Mayor Levar Stoney (D) will join Center for American Progress Executive Vice President for Communications and Strategy Daniella Gibbs Léger to examine how critical it is for cities to have some control of these investments themselves and how they are working to center communities of color in their economic strategies.
