The Center for American Progress is holding an invite-only review of best practices in federal IT projects. Vivek Kundra, U.S. chief information officer, will keynote this event and facilitate six workshops to “stress test” case studies presented by a wide variety of federal agencies. The event will focus on developing recommendations on IT reform that will deliver better services to citizens and maximize value for taxpayers. Chief information officers from across federal government, congressional staff, and top industry executives are expected to attend this half-day event.
