ADVISORY: State and Local Leaders Summit

Washington, D.C. — With the passage of the Biden administration’s historic economic legislation, governors and mayors have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to transform their economies in the months and years ahead.

The ultimate impact of these programs will be determined largely by how state and local elected officials implement them in communities around the country.

Please join the Center for American Progress and the Center for Innovative Policy for our State and Local Leaders Summit on February 8, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET, at which governors and mayors will discuss the important economic progress they will be leading in their communities.
