Jessica Yin is a policy analyst for K-12 Education at American Progress. Prior to this role, she interned on Capitol Hill for the minority office of the House Foreign Affairs Committee and most recently for Rep. Brad Schneider (D-IL). Additionally, she served as a fall research fellow at the advocacy organization Foreign Policy for America. Yin received her bachelor’s degree in international relations and psychology from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.
