This summer, the U.S. Supreme Court will rule on a case that could make it difficult, if not impossible, for millions of women throughout the country to access an abortion. The case, Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt, centers on so-called targeted regulation of abortion providers, or TRAP, laws that have caused dozens of abortion clinics to close in states such as Texas.
