CAP National Security Conference Recap

This video provides a recap of CAP’s national security conference, “Progressive National Security: The First 100 Days,” held on January 14, 2020, in Washington, D.C.

CAP’s National Security and International Policy team convened a group of national security experts for a conference in January 2020. Participants discussed the challenges a new administration would face once in office and brainstormed plans for the first 100 days of a new administration on important issues such as climate change, human rights, and restoring alliances. Featured speakers include Michèle Flournoy, Denis McDonough, Ambassador Samantha Power, and Ambassador Susan Rice.
