It’s Time to Get Smart on Crime

The United States' approach to reducing crime should focus on being smart on crime rather than tough on crime.

In the past several decades, the United States has let one word dominate its approach to reducing crime: tough. But that approach is outdated. This video makes the case for why it should no longer be about being tough on crime. Instead, we need to be smart on crime.
