How Masterpiece Cakeshop Can Undermine Civil Rights

After a Colorado bakery refused to make a wedding cake for a same-sex couple in 2012, the U.S. Supreme Court is now being asked to decide whether or not the bakery has a constitutional right to discriminate against LGBTQ people.
