When three-time Emmy and Golden Globe Award-winning choreographer, director, and writer Debbie Allen created “Freeze Frame”—a multimedia dance, music, and theater production—she used the lens of the arts to help audiences examine the complex issues of gun violence, poverty, race relations, and criminal justice.
